Big Hoopla Food Vendor Application Form

Thank you for your interest in participating in The Big Hoopla Family Festival.

The Oregon District Business Association wants Big Hoopla food vendors to draw customers while maintaining all Public Health Department guidelines as it pertains to both Covid-19 guidelines as well as all food handling safety precautions.

Service Limitation:

Due to safety restrictions during the street closure limited vehicular traffic is allowed on 5th street during the Big Hoopla event.
This limits us from being able to offer space to Food trucks, Mobile boutiques, or vehicles of any kind.

If selected, you will be contacted by the Project Coordinator within 7 to 14 days of form completion to discuss dates, timeframes and details.  Submission of an application does not guarantee space will be secured.

Upon approval the Project Coordinator will collect a Non-refundable Entry Fee of $150.00. This Fee is due before or upon arrival.

While the overall timeframe of Big Hoopla is 2pm to 7pm the Project Coordinator will work with you on a specific timeframe for you.

You will be responsible for providing all equipment necessary to offer your product. You will be responsible for all set up and teardown within your timeframe.
The Oregon District Business Association or any business you are set up near will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to your equipment or product.

As pertinent the Project Coordinator will communicate any weather related delays or cancelations.
